We have a strong base from which we provide pharmacy services that are uniquely focused on the patients we serve.
Our vision is to provide pharmacy services and improve the health outcomes for our patients in Stratford and the surrounding area through clinical education programs, compounding, and other services.
We will achieve our vision through the support of our experienced and dedicated clinical professionals, and strong allied health partnerships. We are prepared for the important task of improving care for the growing population of Stratford – one person at a time.
